How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Most custom DTF transfer orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location in North Carolina or nationwide, but typically arrive within 3-5 business days via standard shipping.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
To ensure the highest print quality, we require high-resolution files (300 DPI) in PNG format with a transparent background. We also accept vector files such as AI, PDF, or SVG.
Are your transfers wash-durable?
Yes, our DTF transfers are engineered for longevity. When applied correctly with a heat press, our prints can withstand over 50+ wash cycles without significant fading or cracking.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Absolutely! We provide tiered pricing for bulk orders and wholesale accounts. The more gang sheets or custom transfers you order, the lower your price per square inch becomes.
What is your return policy on custom prints?
Due to the personalized nature of custom DTF transfers, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
