At DTF North Carolina, we stand behind our high-quality custom apparel and DTF transfers with a commitment to your total satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or features a manufacturing defect, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns or exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label for defective goods.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After we inspect the return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
